Illustration

Available illustration types

Headshot

A detailed art piece that costs $55+ USD. Background art for headshots are limited to simple and costs $15-$30 USD. Headshot illustrations work well as profile pictures on Social media.

Waist Up

A detailed piece that costs $55+ USD. Background art costs $15-$100 USD and is based on the scenes complexity. Waist up illustrations work well as posters, wallpapers and social media art.

Thigh Up

A detailed piece that costs $120+ USD. Background art costs $15-$100 USD and is based on the scenes complexity. Thigh up illustrations work well as posters, wallpapers and social media art.

Full Body

A detailed piece that costs $150+ USD. Background art costs between $15-$100 USD and is based on the scenes complexity. Full body illustrations work well as posters and character art.

Chibi

Available chibi types

Half Body

Two different chibi styles are available and they costs $20+ USD. Background art is limited to simple or transparent. Half body chibis work well for merch, profile pictures and thumbnail art.

Full Body

Two different chibi styles are available and they costs $40+ USD. Background art is limited to simple or transparent. Full body chibis work well for acrylic charms, standees and thumbnail art.

Illustration

A messier version of an illustration! This option costs 50-75% less than a proper illustration and the price is based on the desired level of polish.

Character

A sketch focused on the subject!
This option costs 50-75% less than a proper full body piece based on the desired level of polish. Background art is limited to simple or graphic.

Animal

A sketch of non-human characters!
This options cost depends on the complexity of the character. Background art is limited to simple and transparent

Simple Doodle

A small and quick sketch of anything! The price is based on the desired level of polish. Background art is not available for this type of commission.

Emotes

Static emotes cost $30 USD each, but a bundle of five costs $120 USD. Animated emotes cost $50+ USD each. The emote's full resolution is 336px². Made to work for Discord and/or Twitch.

Badges

The base badge costs $20 USD. Each recolor adds +$5 USD and each unique badge adds +$10 USD. The badge's full resolution is 360px². Made to work for Twitch.

Other Stream Assets

Other stream assets include Vtuber logos, Twitch panels, stream overlays, etc. Price will be determined on a case to case basis. Feel free to request assets not shown in the gallery.

Stickers

Stickers are available in two different styles and cost $15+ USD. Background art is not available for this option. Both the types of sticker style work well for Discord and physical merch.

Other Commissions

Any type of commission that is not defined elsewhere. Price will be determined on a case to case basis. The gallery will be updated when new unique commissions have been made.

PNGTuber

A voice activated avatar with 4 states. PNGtubers cost $140+ USD. One extra expression is included in the base price. Additional expressions are available for +$30 USD each. Made to work with PNGtuber+, Veadotube, etc.

Collab Chibi

A voice activated chibi with 2 states to use for stream collabs. One costs $30 USD. Two or more cost $20 USD each. Seasonal add-ons are available. Made to work with Fugi Discord Reactive.

Reference Sheet

A reference sheet and/or character design tailored to your wishes. Works for both existing and new character designs. A reference sheet costs $200+ USD based on the desired level of polish.

Vtuber Starter Pack

A package including character design, reference sheet and three additional elements of your choice. A great way to start your Vtubing journey. The package costs $700 USD.

Terms of Service

Be sure to read through this section carefully before filling out the commission form!

If you have any questions you can find contact info by clicking the button below.

General:

  • I am not a full-time artist. It may take between a few weeks and up to several months for me to deliver the finished product.

  • The waiting list is not always open. Check the ''Home'' section on my Carrd to see commission availability status.

  • Filling out and submitting this form does not guarantee your commission will be accepted. I will contact you if I wish to accept your commission, or if I need more information.

  • If your commission request includes something I do not offer, the request might be denied.

  • If your commission request includes something I have stated I do not draw, your request will be denied.

Payment, cancellations and refunds:

  • All the prices on my Carrd are in USD.

  • Even if your commission was accepted, I will not send an invoice until I'm ready to start working on the project.

  • I will always contact you prior to starting the project.

  • The commission must be paid through PayPal.

  • If the invoice sent to you is left unpaid past its due date, the commission will be cancelled.

  • Upfront payment only, unless agreed otherwise.

  • My prices may change at any point. If I change them prior to contacting, I will notify you.

  • No refunds unless I become unable to draw, and therefore must cancel the commission.

Process:

  • Once your commission is accepted and paid for, I will add it to my commission progress excel sheet. If you want to view it, press check commission status button on the bottom of this page.

  • I will send multiple progress pictures, through your preferred contact method, all throughout the process. No free changes or adjustments are allowed after the final sketch(es) have been approved. Any changes after this point will cost extra.

  • I may broadcast the process of creating your commission to my Twitch channel.

  • Please mention if the commission should be kept secret, and what date it may be posted, in the "Other Information" section at the bottom of the commission form (e.g., a birthday gift, a bigger project). If the commission cannot be posted at all, you must pay an additional fee.

Rights and usage:

  • As the artist, I retain the original copyright and ownership of my work and reserve the right to post, display, print or in other ways use the art I created.

  • The client is granted exclusive rights for personal use of the art they commissioned.

  • The client may not modify or change the work without permission.

  • The client may not claim the art they commissioned as their own and must credit me (@Beru_Izumi) when using it.

  • The client may not use my art for AI (artificial intelligence), machine learning, AI/ML training, NFT (non-fungible token), blockchain or any for-profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

  • For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, reselling etc.) the total price is doubled.

  • All art commissions for streaming purposes include commercial usage.
